I was invited to join in a "boutique" party at a friends house (Karen our doula). She has invited two other artist, besides me, to come to her house and show/sell there work. I'm excited! She's going to invite a bunch of her friends and I will invite the few people that I know. With any luck I will be able to sell some of my Bagbag's (or take some custom orders) and these pouches if I can get some made before the party.

I love the lining! And I would be more inclined to buy one that was just plain leather on the outside (rather than embroidered), because I like simple bags, so I don't think it's bad to not embroider them if that's not coming out how you want it to.
I'm not sure how much something like that would go for. $25? $30? Depending on how big it is. I can't quite tell.
How hard/expensive would it be to use chain for the strap? That would look cool. I've even seen chains with ribbon wound through them recently, which can also look nice.
Hope you sell some at your party!
those would be cute little girl's purses, too! irene loves a little bag to put her treasures. I like the cord wrist strap that you used - I would want something comfortable for my wrist but sturdy enough to get a hold of - ribbon seems too light.
